- Usage Analytics — Our website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service. It collects page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and approximate region. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Purchase Information — Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and transaction details but never see or store full payment card information.
- License Data — When you activate a license, we store your license key and a machine identifier to manage activations. No personal files or audio content is collected.
- Email Address — We collect your email to deliver license keys, provide support, and send transactional communications.
- Crash Reports — Crash reports are sent automatically to Sentry containing only technical diagnostic data (stack traces, OS version, app version). Hostnames and machine identifiers are stripped before transmission. No personal data, audio files, download history, or clipboard contents are included.
The RIPsum Application
RIPsum runs locally on your computer. Downloaded audio files remain on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, access, or analyze your audio files, download history, or library contents.
